A full seasonal cycle of guided Ayurvedic transformation, built around your personal dosha track. This is NSA’s flagship deep-work offer — for clients ready to move through all five box stages and build a lifestyle that adjusts naturally with the seasons.

Program Structure

Phase 1: Foundation & Awakening (Weeks 1–8)

Initial 90-minute Ayurvedic Blueprint consultation, dosha track assignment, and integration of the Gentle Starter and Sensory Radiance boxes. Establishes the core morning ritual and lymphatic/skin care routine.

Phase 2: Digestive Fire & Nervous System Harmony (Weeks 9–16)

Introduces the Digestive Fire and Mind & Nervous System Harmony boxes. Work shifts to gut health, seasonal diet alignment, stress resilience, and sleep quality, with a mid-program progress review.

Phase 3: Total Seasonal Mastery & Graduation (Weeks 17–24)

Introduces the Total Seasonal Mastery box, including the Kansa Wand and personalized annual seasonal calendar. Client transitions to full independence with a final long-term seasonal care plan.
